Newsletter 22: Opening to Your Heart Centeredness My guest this week on my radio show Intuitive Healing (www.7thwavenetwork.com), Deana Marie, talked extensively about the big shift of the ages that we are currently in the midst of. As a trance medium with the extraordinary gift of clairvoyance, Deana Marie, mentioned briefly that we would most definitely be experiencing significant Earth changes in the lead up to 2012. Let's face it, we have already faced some major Earth changes in recent years and no doubt there is still more to come. However, Deana Marie stressed that the definitive shift is the one that is occurring from within. She stated that as we change from within we will then be bringing that inner change into our outer reality. And, she confirmed that this is already happening! Signs of a huge inner awakening are appearing worldwide. Many years ago Edgar Cayce, the Sleeping Prophet, in his trance readings also commented on the many changes that would occur in our world. Again and again he stressed that the biggest change of all would be the shift in human consciousness. Just after 9/11 happened in New York city I had a communication with beings of Light - as tends to happen regularly in my life! This was the outcome of my questioning why the destruction and havoc had occurred. I was experiencing distress by what I saw as the senseless destruction and taking of life. Having it screened on television constantly over several days was intensely painful to my sensitive nature. The response I heard clearly was, "There can only be peace in the world when there is peace in the hearts of humanity." A very, very profound statement! Nowadays I feel a sense of two realities co-existing within our world. Again, this is something I remember channeling over ten years ago that would be happening. I observe, read and hear about individuals who are strongly fixated in third world reality - where conflict, competition, pain and separation are the modus operandi - and for whom intellect and doing are the main means of defining reality. Simultaneously, I encounter many individuals who are leaving behind that world, and who are stepping into a new reality where cooperation, oneness and heart centered functioning are predominant. Where do you stand? How do you perceive reality? Have you made this significant shift into a heart centered reality? Most likely you are somewhere along the way from beginning the shift to fully integrating heart centeredness into every thought, emotion and action. Basically, I see it as a continuum. There has to be a space or time in which the journey to heart centeredness begins. In practically all instances that I'm aware of it's a gradual process - though I do not discount the possibility of a sudden shift occurring. In Newsletter 21 I wrote at length about the purging process. It is the purging of the old ways of seeing, believing and doing that help bring about a change in perception and ultimately leads to a more heart centered way of living. In other words, it is generally a gradual process of releasing old 'stuff', usually involving discomfort and pain, that paves the way to living a more heart centered existence. How do you know when your reality is becoming more heart centered? There are numerous indicators along the way, and they include:
I'm sure there are other indicators of shifting to a heart centered existence, but most likely you will find that some of those listed resonate with you. Eventually, I 'see' a world where there will be two realities co-existing. One reality will be the third dimensional reality of pain, chaos and separation. The other is the heart centered reality of oneness, community and cooperation. These two realities cannot co-exist within Earth's environment on a long-term basis. As there is a continuing awakening occurring, involving a steady shift into heart centeredness consciousness a critical point (or mass) will eventually be reached. If you understand the principle of The Hundredth Monkey you will understand perfectly what this is about. We, as humanity, are close to that critical point. It is scheduled to occur in 2012. Yet, it is what we do now, during this time of upheaval and Earth changes that will determine the ease with which this shift occurs. Each soul that has embodied did so with the express intention of participating in, and contributing to, this amazing shift in human consciousness. One very powerful way of supporting this shift is to let go of anger, negativity, fear, resentment, etc. Whenever an issue or disaster occurs it is natural to feel an intense emotional response - such as anger around the oil spill in the Mexico Gulf. However, being heart centered involves letting go of anger and fear and instead consciously sending prayers, love and healing to whatever is occurring. Can we, as a humanity, make such a drastic shift in our awareness and functioning? The past couple of months have been intense - energetically and in other ways, and my schedule has had to fly out the window. Instead, I am being forced to truly live in the moment and go with the flow (to use two common New Age expressions)! Has it been the same for you? Most people I speak with comment that time is definitely speeding up - or as Edgar Cayce says, 'compressing'. And, this undoubtedly is forcing us to live in the moment, to deal with what needs our attention immediately. No more procrastinating, no more saying 'tomorrow'. Newsletter 19: A Time For Going Within
There are so many things I could share in this newsletter that it's a challenge to narrow it down to one specific area. However, after quick reflection I can only endeavor to explore and expand upon what seems to be foremost in most people's lives at the moment. I see and hear many comments that 2009 has been a challenging year on so many levels. It has been a year of great opportunity for healing, which is not always comfortable and can at times be extremely distressing. Given that 2009 is a master year - numerically the numbers add up to 11 - it's not surprising to note the intensity and frequency of the issues that are being brought to the surface, and which individuals are being forced to deal with. more

Newsletter 18: Living in a State of Gratitude
This Newsletter is long overdue. A recent move to a new home temporarily halted many of the projects I have been working on, while I focused my energies on the many tedious and time consuming aspects of moving house. Each and every day of this change in my life I found myself expressing gratitude for a multitude of things. Unexpectedly a number of friends volunteered their time and energy to helping with lugging boxes and furniture - their assistance ensured a relatively effortless move. Simple things like hiring a U-Haul truck can often become complicated, especially when moving at the time of the year when countless college students are also undertaking a similar process. more

Newsletter 17: The Shift is Here
Are you one of those people fascinated by the Mayan calendar and the prophecies relating to 2012? There is no doubt that we are seeing a vast array of information about 2012, whether it be the countless books relating to the prophecies and postulating all sorts of hypothetical changes. Even television shows and film makers are exploring the possibility of the world ending in 2012, and depicting various Armageddon situations in documentaries and sci-fi shows.
A great deal of what you will view on the screen will certainly be gloomy and catastrophic in nature. Every prophecy ever made, ranging from Nostradamus to current New Age seers, will be highlighted. Most likely whatever is reported will be sensationalized and dramatic - with the aim of engendering fear and pessimism in the general population. more

Happy New Year! What is it about the beginning of a new year that inspires us to become optimistic and energized? Possibly it's the nature of the human spirit... looking for positive aspects to life, aspiring to be the very best that is possible or maybe it's due to an innate optimism. 2008 was certainly a challenging year for many people - challenging on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Talk about a roller coaster ride! Whew... life is really changing and challenging! We're now out of Mercury Retrograde, which ended on 12 October (thankfully!). Did you feel its effects? Normally I don't, but this retrograde was in Libra, and being a Libran its energies were intensified to an extent I'd not experience before. Newsletter 12: Paradigm Shift
Phew.... the intensity of the cosmic energies continues and continues. I don't know where the last couple of months have gone. If you were to ask me to discuss any incidents, highlights or issues that have occurred in my life recently my mind would draw a complete blank. Newsletter No.11 - Energy and Lifestyle
February has been an intense month - energy wise that is! The new moon early in the month certainly played havoc with my sleep pattern, as did the lunar eclipse and full moon two weeks later. Lack of sleep and/or disrupted sleep are two of the topics I hear mentioned frequently in recent months, so I'm well aware that my sensitivity is widely shared. And, if I thought that my disturbed sleep was due to an over stimulated imagination or some other possible cause then the behavior of my feline companion certainly confirmed that it has to do with the lunar cycles. Whenever the moon goes through its cycles he makes so much noise at night and exhibits frenetic hyperactive behavior. Lunar cycles and their energy impact are a powerful reminder of the interconnection of everything! more

Newsletter 10: 2008 - Another Year of Change!
Welcome to 2008! As we herald in a new year it's easy to feel inspired about positive opportunities and changes that this year will bring. Isn't it always that way at the beginning of each year? 2008 however is different in that numerically it signifies new beginnings. When the numbers 2+0+0+8 are added up they total 10, which is then reduced to a single digit, 1+0=1. In numerology 1 always signifies new beginnings and opportunities. The last 1 year was in 1999.
